Notable Historical Dates Density

Wikipedia has lists of notable events, holidays, and births/deaths of notable persons for each day of the year. I wondered what all that data would look like in a graph. Perhaps we can see which days are prone to having something important/notable happen on them, and maybe which times of the year notable people are born/die. Without further ado...

What Did We Learn?

• 5 November is a likely candidate for "international holiday day".
• 4 March has a high density of famous births AND notable events.
• After 27 March and 4 March, 1 January has the highest notable death count. Perhaps a lot of notable people commited suicide to ring in the new year?
• 1 January has nearly twice as many notable births as the next highest date. Either Wikipedia mentions new-year's babies more often or being born on the new year gets you instant notariety or maybe a lot of people had a lot of unprotected April Fool's sex...
• Other than a few anomolies, the data stays pretty much constant across the board. Either Wikipedia is very objective in its reporting of notariety, or notariety really doesn't play favourites.
